Aluminium monoblock signs

Panels made of 2 mm thick aluminium, in different sizes which are reinforced along the perimeter with a double safety fold at 90º. The panels incorporate guides or rails stuck with structural type bicomponent adhesive thereby achieving perfect adhesion and increasing rigidity and resistance at the same time.

This system allows signs to be moved vertically and horizontally in terms of the pole to adapt where the fixture is put to the most suitable urban surroundings.

Open aluminium signs

Panels made with perimeter profiles of aluminium fixed mechanically to the marked panels that also include the rails, they are light, resistant and economic and allow for a wider range of panels: arrow panels, sub-panels, slats, large sizes, etc

Aluminium sandwich signs

Panels made from 2mm thick aluminium plates, together, forming a closed frame where an extracted aluminium perimeter is mechanically fixed which has guides or rails incorporated to fix the clamps. They are resistant and economic and can be in any format: signs, arrow signs, sub-signs, slats, etc. This system allows signs to be moved vertically and horizontally in terms of the pole to adapt where the fixture is put to the most suitable urban surroundings.

Recommended maximum dimensions are 3,000 x 1,500 mm. UNE EN 12899-1: 2.009 Regulation.

Compact aluminium signs

Rectangular interlocking panels of extracted aluminium, the guides or rails are integrated into the same profiles and perimeter profile trims mechanically fixed to the dovetail joints. They are resistant and very compact and can be in any format: signs, arrow signs, sub-signs, slats, etc. This system allows signs to be moved vertically and horizontally in terms of the pole to adapt where the fixture is put to the most suitable urban surroundings.

The length of the extracted slats is 4,000 mm. The height combines three different measurements: 175 mm. which is incorporated into the fixing guide of the clamps, 87.5 mm and 43.75 mm that are used to get the different sign measurements.

Large format slat signs

Made of extracted aluminium profiles which are 175 mm high and up to 6,000 mm long, every profile includes a guide or rail to hold down the nuts and bolts, dovetail coupling is the system used for joining the slats. This is the system that is normally used in information signposting along roads, dual carriageways, motorways, etc. and it is a very resistant system which is easy to install.

The support for this type of sign are structures of galvanized steel, galvanized IPN or telescopic combinations of aluminium. The regulations that control this type of sign are UNE 135311 and UNE-EN 12899-1.
