QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Management of SERVEIS VIALS DEL VALLÈS, a company dedicated to the manufacture of steel and aluminum signage, defines Quality and Environmental Management as a priority objective in its products, services, and customer relations, and therefore assumes responsibility for defining, implementing, and maintaining a Quality and Environmental Management System. UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 i UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015.

To ensure that the Quality and Environmental Policy is communicated, understood, implemented, reviewed, and kept up to date throughout the organization, the Management of SERVEIS VIALS DEL VALLÈS establishes the necessary measures and provides the appropriate resources.

The Management of SERVEIS VIALS DEL VALLÈS defines specific objectives and targets regarding Quality and Environmental Management for all departments and sections. It establishes responsibilities, assigns human and material resources to achieve the defined objectives and targets, and sets the criteria for their evaluation.

The Management commits to complying with the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System, meeting customer requirements, complying with applicable legal requirements and other requirements subscribed to by the organization, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System.

The main objective of the Quality and Environmental Management System of SERVEIS VIALS DEL VALLÈS is to “ensure the manufacture of products and the provision of services for the full satisfaction of the Customer through the support of a team of professionals together with the most appropriate technology” and the “prevention of pollution by allocating the necessary resources,” thus ensuring:

  • Customer satisfaction.

  • The provision of an excellent product and service.

  • Achievement of the defined internal objectives.

  • Reduction of environmental impacts and rational use of resources.

  • Compliance with legal regulations and applicable legislation related to the work carried out by SERVEIS VIALS DEL VALLÈS and to the activities performed therein that are related to its environmental aspects.

  • Continuous improvement of the system.
